All candles are made from eco-friendly soy wax and are for decorative and fragrance purposes only.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in INR (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
We accept payments via secure payment gateways (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, Wallets).
Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

4. Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard delivery time is 5–7 working days, depending on the destination.
We use trusted courier partners via Shiprocket.
We do not ship dangerous or prohibited items.

5. Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy for unused and undamaged products in original packaging.
Returns are not accepted for:
- Used candles
- Custom or personalized products
- Damaged items caused by improper handling after delivery
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after product inspection.
